RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF BORWIG BUILDING
SERVICE, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y.
2000 BRIDGE PAINTING AND REPAIR PROGRAM, IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO.
598 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Borwig Building Service, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa, for the F.Y. 2000 Bridge Painting and Repair Program,
Contract No. 598, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as
of the 5th day of June, 2000, together with the accompanying bond
for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the
Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual) of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 2000.
