RESOLUTION NO. 2000-327
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
grant in the amount of $200, 000. 00 in conjunction with school-based
injury prevention program for preschools and elementary schools, by
and between the Department of Health and Human Services, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June, 2000.
