RESOLUTION NO. 2000-330
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS, INC. , OF SUMNER, IOWA
FOR F.Y. 1997 MARTIN ROAD PAVING, CONTRACT NO.
532 AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Concrete Foundations, Inc. of Sumner, Iowa, has under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with F.Y. 1997 Martin
Road Paving, Contract No. 532, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
. that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June, 2000 .
