RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT W. 10Tx
STREET, FORMER 922 FRANKLIN, FORMER 214
GREENWOOD, 308 NEWELL STREET AND 742 CONGER
STREET IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo is the owner of property located
at W. 10th Street, former 922 Franklin, former 214 Greenwood, 308
Newell Street and 742 Conger Street, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous of canceling special assessments for property located at
W. 10th Street, former 922 Franklin, former 214 Greenwood, 308
Newell Street and 742 Conger Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following special assessments
be and the same hereby canceled and the City Clerk be and she is
herby directed to notify the County Treasurer of said cancellation.
