RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS AND BONDS OF K
& W, INC. OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y.
2000 KIMBALL AVENUE AT RACHAEL STREET, CS-TSF-
8155 (50) -85-07, CONTRACT NO. 610, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 610.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of K & W, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, for the F.Y.
2000 Traffic Signal Materials, Kimball Avenue at Rachael Street,
CS-TSF-8155 (50) -85-07, Contract No. 610, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor
and the City Clerk as of the 19th day of June, 2000, together with
the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the United Fire and Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids,
Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 2000.
