RESOLUTION NO. 2000-340
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated June 19, 2000 to administer Emergency
Shelter Grant Program (ESPG) in the amount of $78, 230. 00 to be
distributed to four local homeless service providers, with payment
of $3, 980. 00 to the city for administrative expenses, by and
between the Iowa Department of Economic Development, and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 2000 .
