RESOLUTION NO. 2000-341
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING
AGREEMENT WITH PARSON TRANSPORTATION GROUP,
INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Preliminary Engineering Agreement dated June 19, 2000 for
engineering services at a maximum cost of $44, 639.25, with city' s
estimated cost of $8, 927 . 85 in conjunction with San Marnan Drive
Traffic Improvement-Phase I, by and between Parson Transportation
Group, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 2000.
