RESOLUTION NO. 2000-355
RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO WATERLOO
COMMUNITY SCHOOLS TO PLACE CONCRETE IN THE
AREA BETWEEN THE BACK CURB AND THE SIDEWALK
ALONG MAYNARD AVENUE IN CONJUNCTION WITH
PARKING LOT PAVING AT CASTLE HILL SCHOOL.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made written application to
the City Council asking that Waterloo Community Schools be
authorized and permitted to place concrete in the area between the
back curb and the sidewalk along Maynard Avenue in conjunction
with parking lot paving at Castle Hill School .
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that permission is hereby granted Waterloo
Community Schools to place concrete in the area between the back
curb and the sidewalk along Maynard Avenue in conjunction with
parking lot paving at Castle Hill .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June, 2000 .
