RESOLUTION NO. 2000-363
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH U. S.
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated June 26, 2000, for Economic Development
Initiative funds in the amount of $462, 500. 00, by and between U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June, 2000.
