RESOLUTION NO. 2000-364
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH LEE
ROTTINGHAUS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated June 26, 2000 to lease 11 . 01 acres of
property acquired in conjunction with the Martin Luther King Jr.
Drive Project for $1, 320. 00 per year, by and between Lee
Rottinghaus, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of June, 2000.
