RESOLUTION NO. 2000-377
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS CHILDREN' S
NEIGHBORHOOD PARK GENERALLY LOCATED IN
KINGBARD HILL ADDITION BLOCK 203, AS JULY 24,
2000, AT 5: 30 P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 24th day of July, 2000, for the purpose of
considering and acting upon a proposal to convey property known as
Children' s Neighborhood Park generally located in Kingbard Hill
Addition Block 203, to adjacent property owners, and legally
described as follows :
That part of "Kingbard Hill" platted as a children' s
neighborhood playground that is bordered by Lots 59-63
on the East and Lots 119-127 on the West and Lots 52-58
on the North and Lots 64-67, 128-133 on the South, all
in "Kingbard Hill", all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of July, 2000.
