BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 24th day of July, 2000, for the purpose of
considering and acting upon a proposal to convey property known as
Children' s Neighborhood Park generally located in Kingbard Hill
Addition Block 208, to adjacent property owners, and legally
described as follows:
That part of "Kingbard Hill" platted as a children' s
neighborhood playground that is bordered by Lots 9-10,
87-91 on the North and Lots 81-86 on the East and Lots
1-4 on the South and Lots 5-8 on the West, all in
"Kingbard Hill", all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of July, 2000.
