RESOLUTION NO. 2000-380
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF WATERFALLS CAR
WASH TO PLACE TEMPORARY DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE ON
CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS, Waterfalls Car Wash has requested permission to place
temporary signage on city right-of-way at the corner of San Marnan
Drive and Kimball Avenue intersection, in conjunction with the F.Y.
2000 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 618 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that Waterfalls Car Wash, be hereby granted
authorization to place temporary signage on city right-of-way at
the corner of San Marnan Drive and Kimball Avenue intersection, in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2000 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract
No. 618 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Waterfalls Car Wash holds the City
of Waterloo harmless from any and all situations that may be
created due to the placement of signs on city right-of-way.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of July, 2000.
