RESOLUTION NO. 2000-381
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH VANDEWALLE & ASSOCIATES AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 10, 2000 at a
cost not to exceed $60, 000. 00 to provide an implementation program
for Downtown Redevelopment Plan, by and between Vandewalle &
Associates, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of July, 2000 .
