RESOLUTION NO. 2000-382
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Housing Cooperative Agreement dated July 10, 2000 for the
Fair Housing Assistance Program, by and between the Department of
Housing and Urban Development, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of July, 2000 .
