RESOLUTION NO. 2000-386
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT win MCLEODUSA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the five-year Agreement dated July 10, 2000 for local centrex
telephone service for all city buildings, by and between McLeodUSA,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of July, 2000 .
