RESOLUTION NO. 2000-387
RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT WITH THE STATE OF
IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID GRANT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Governor' s Office of Drug Control Grant dated July 10,
2000, in the amount of $333, 323. 00, with city' s portion of
$192, 742 . 00 requiring a 25 percent match of $48, 185. 00, in
conjunction with Tri-County Drug Enforcement Task Force, by and
between the State of Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of July, 2000 .
