RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE PROPOSED
"C-Z" CONDITIONAL ZONING DISTRICT SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT FOR FLOYD JUNKER FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1209-1213 MULBERRY STREET, AS
AUGUST 7, 2000, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 7th day of August, 2000, for
the purpose of considering a proposed
Zning
District site plan amendment for F oyd unker"C-Z"foro nditional property located
at 1209-1213 Mulberry Street to allow outside storage, and legally
described as follows:
Original Plat East Waterloo, Block 45, Lot 10 except
Northwest 44 feet, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 2000.
