RESOLUTION NO. 2000-405
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF JOHN FELLMER
OF A PLUS FLEA MARKET TO PARK ON THE PARKING.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made written application to the
City Council asking that John Fellmer of A Plus Flea Market be
authorized and permitted to park on the parking in his driveway on
West 6th Street, and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of John Fellmer of A Plus Flea
Market to park on the parking in his driveway on West 6th Street to
load and unload vehicles be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 2000 .
