RESOLUTION NO. 2000-406
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH CEDAR
TOWNSHIP AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID 28E
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated July 17, 2000 to provide fire
protection and ambulance services, by and between Cedar Township,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 2000 .
