RESOLUTION NO. 2000-410
RESOLUTION APPROVING ABANDONMENT OF ALL FUTURE
PLANS FOR STREET EXTENSION FOR THE PORTION OF
THE RECORDED PLAT EAST OF TRACT A GENERALLY
LOCATED NORTH OF THE SCHUKEI COMMERCIAL PLAT.
WHEREAS, the law firm of Beecher et al has requested that the
City of Waterloo abandon the portion of the recorded plat east of
Tract A reserved for a future street north of the Schukei
Commercial Plat, and
WHEREAS, the notation "RESERVE FOR STREET PURPOSES" should not
have been recorded because that portion is not a portion of the
Schukei Commercial Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that abandonment for all future plans for street
extension for the portion of recorded plat east of Tract A
generally located north of the Schukei Commercial Plat, be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 2000 .
