RESOLUTION NO. 2000-411
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEPOT BUILDING FROM SILOS
AND SMOKESTACKS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the depot building, to be used as a Youth Pavilion pending
Waterloo Development Corporations final Downtown Plan and subject
to approved contract language, be and the same is hereby accepted
from Silos and Smokestacks for $1 . 00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 2000.
