RESOLUTION NO. 2000-417
RESOLUTION APPROVING INDEMNITY AGREEMENT WITH
BW MCNAMEE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
INDEMNITY AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Indemnity Agreement dated July 24, 2000 to bale city
property generally located on Bishop Avenue, south of Independence
Avenue and located within the drainage-way area, by and between BW
Mcnamee of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July, 2000.
