RESOLUTION NO. 2000-418
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE U.S.
SOCCER FOUNDATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated July 24, 2000 for a grant in the amount of
$140, 000. 00 in conjunction with a lighting system, and excavation
and seeding at Cedar Valley Youth Soccer Complex, by and between
U.S. Soccer Foundation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24t'' day of July, 2000.
