RESOLUTION NO. 2000-419
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH COMMUNITY
FOUNDATION OF WATERLOO/CEDAR FALLS AND
NORTHEAST IOWA AND SILOS AND SMOKESTACKS AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated July 24, 2000 to accept title to property
owned by Silos and Smokestacks located at Sixth and Sycamore
Streets, by and between Community Foundation of Waterloo/Cedar
Falls and Northeast Iowa and Silos and Smokestacks, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July, 2000.
