RESOLUTION NO. 2000-438
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE VACATION
OF THE 8' 8" EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG
THE EASTERLY PROPERTY LINE AT 115 OAK RIDGE
ROAD AS AUGUST 28, 2000, AT 5: 30 P.M. IN CITY
HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 28th day of August, 2000, for the

of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate the 8' 8"easement generally located along the easterly property line at 115
Oak Ridge Road to construct a double garage, and legally described
as follows:
The Eight foot Eight inch (8' 8") platted easement lying
West of and adjacent to the East line of Lot 74 Cedar
Terrace Third Addition, except that part lying Eight
foot Eight inches (8' 8") South of and adjacent to the
North line of said lot, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 2000.
