RESOLUTION NO. 2000-440
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH ELK
RUN HEIGHTS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
28E AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated August 7, 2000 to provide fire
protection and ambulance services, by and between Elk Run Heights,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 2000.
