RESOLUTION NO. 2000-446
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE TO DEED OF
DEDICATION OF GRANGER 2ND ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the change to the Deed of Dedication of Granger 2nd Addition to
allow Lot 135 generally located north of the Cul-de-sac of Colby
Road and south of Olympic Drive access to Olympic Drive, described
as follows:
Lot 135 of Granger 2nd Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August, 2000, and approved
by the Mayor on the 16th day of August, 2000.
