RESOLUTION NO. 2000-452
RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO KAREN' S
PRINT RITE TO PLACE CONCRETE IN THE AREA
BETWEEN THE CURB AND THE SIDEWALK ALONG FALLS
AVENUE FOR BEAUTIFICATION AND MAINTENANCE
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made written application to the
City Council asking that Karen' s Print Rite be authorized and
permitted to place concrete in the area between the back curb and
the sidewalk along Falls Avenue for beautification and maintenance
purposes, and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that permission is hereby granted to Karen' s Print
Rite to place concrete in the area between the back curb and the
sidewalk along Falls Avenue for beautification and maintenance
purposes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August, 2000.
