RESOLUTION NO. 2000-456
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, THE CITIES OF CEDAR FALLS,
EVANSDALE AND LAPORTE CITY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID 28E AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated August 14, 2000 in conjunction with
the Black Hawk County Criminal Justice Information System by and
between Back Hawk County, the cities of Cedar Falls, Evansdale and
LaPorte City, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of A gust, 2000.
