RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF KWS, INC. OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y. 2001 TRAFFIC
SIGNAL MATERIALS, W. 11TH STREET AT WILLISTON
AVENUE, CS-TSF-8155 (37) -85-07, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 569.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of KWS, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, for the F.Y.
2001 Traffic Signal Materials, W. 11th Street at Williston Avenue,
CS-TSF-8155 (37) -85-07, Contract No. 569, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor
and the City Clerk as of the 14th day of August, 2000, together with
the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the United Fire and Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids,
Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August, 2000.
