RESOLUTION NO. 2000-460
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH EARTH TECH
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated August 14, 2000 for Engineering Services
at a cost not to exceed $2, 000. 00 in conjunction with concrete
channel repairs and replacement for Virden Creek channel near
Arlington and East 4tn Streets, by and between Earth Tech of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August, 2000.
