RESOLUTION NO. 2000-477
RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH EARTH TECH AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Services Agreement dated August 28, 2000 for a
wetland delineation study, with costs not to exceed $2, 800. 00, in
conjunction with constructing a peewee racetrack, a flat racetrack,
shelter, pit toilet and fencing for the Riverview Recreation Area,
by and between Earth Tech of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of August, 2000 .
