RESOLUTION NO. 2000-492
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF THE CEDAR BEND
HUMANE SOCIETY TO HOLD HUMANE SOCIETY BANK
DAY ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2000, FROM 10 : 00 A.M. TO
4 : 00 P.M. AT THE HY-VEE ENTRANCE AT
CROSSROADS CENTER, MAIN ENTRANCE TO
CROSSROADS MALL AND THE HY-VEE ENTRANCE ON
UNIVERSITY AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Cedar Bend Humane Society will hold Humane
Society Bank Day on September 30, 2000, from 10 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00
p.m. at the Hy-Vee entrance at Crossroads Center, main entrance
to Crossroads Mall and the Hy-Vee entrance on University Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the Cedar Bend Humane
Society to hold Humane Society Bank Day on September 30, 2000,
from 10 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m. at the Hy-Vee entrance at Crossroads
Center, main entrance to Crossroads Mall and the Hy-Vee entrance
on University Avenue, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 2000.
