RESOLUTION NO. 2000-495
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
(HUD) AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Economic Development Improvements (EDI) Grant Agreement
dated September 5, 2000 in the amount of $462, 500. 00 to be used in
conjunction with creating home ownership opportunities and
rehabilitation of existing housing, by and between the Department
of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) , and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 2000.
