RESOLUTION NO. 2000-496
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH THE U. S.
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated September 5, 2000 for F.Y. 2000 Local
Law Enforcement Block Grant (LLEBG) in the amount of $116, 976. 00,
with city match of $12, 997 . 00, by and between the U.S. Department
of Justice, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of Sept, 2000.
