RESOLUTION NO. 2000-503
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR 2000 SOUTH HILLS PRO SHOP
ADDITION.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
Services Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form
of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
construction of the 2000 South Hills Pro Shop Addition, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of costs,
etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 2000 .
