RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF MIKE DOLAN
CONCRETE & MASONRY, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
FOR THE F.Y. 2000 SOLDIERS AND SAILORS PARK-
PHASE I, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING
CONTRACT NO. 627 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Mike Dolan Concrete & Masonry, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the F.Y. 2000 Soldiers and Sailors Park-Phase
I, Contract No. 627, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 18th day of September, 2000, together with the
accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual) of Des Moines,
Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 2000.
