RESOLUTION NO. 2000-524
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2000
WATERLOO WOMEN' S SOFTBALL CONCESSION STAND.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City to
prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
the 2000 Waterloo Women' s Softball Concession Stand, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
2000 Waterloo Women' s Softball Concession Stand, which were
preliminarily approved on September 5, 2000, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September
25, 2000, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the 2000 Waterloo Women' s Softball
Concession Stand, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 2000.
