RESOLUTION NO. 2000-530
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE IOWA NORTHLAND REGIONAL
COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (INRCOG) AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated September 25, 2000 for
grant writing services with costs not to exceed $6, 808 . 00 in
conjunction with Bike Trail between East 4th Street and the 18th
Street Bridge, by and between the Iowa Northland Regional Council
of Governments (INRCOG) of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 2000.
