RESOLUTION NO. 2000-534
RESOLUTION APPROVING JOINT FUNDING AGREEMENT
WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 25, 2000 for US Geological
Survey in the amount of $5, 990. 00 in conjunction with the Cedar
River Gage Station and the river bottom profile study at the
diffuser at the Easton Avenue Wastewater Treatment Facility, by and
between U.S. Department of Interior, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 2000.
