RESOLUTION NO. 2000-535
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE U.S.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY (EPA) AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 25, 2000 for a grant in the
amount of $200, 000. 00 in conjunction with Brownfield Assessment
Demonstration Pilot Project for the Rath Neighborhood Redevelopment
Area, by and between the U.S. Environmental Projection Agency
(EPA) , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 2000.
