RESOLUTION NO. 2000-545
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR EXCEPTION
TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM HARTMAN RESERVE
CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
Hartman Reserve Center to burn approximately 1/10 acre restored
prairie grass generally located 200 yards west of the
intersection of North Hackett and Shirey Way and one acre utility
right-of-way running under the power line north of Lake Manatt
and south of Shirey Way during late October or early November
2000, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 2000 .
