RESOLUTION NO. 2000-549
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH IOWA NORTHLAND REGIONAL
COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (INRCOG) AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated September 27, 2000 for
grant writing services, with costs not to exceed $750. 00, to
prepare an application for Department of Natural Resources Solid
Waste Alternatives Program for funding in the amount of $50, 000 . 00
in conjunction with pilot curbside recycling and yard waste
program, by and between Iowa Northland Regional Council of
Governments (INRCOG) , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 2000.
