RESOLUTION NO. 2000-550
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
MIDAMERICAN SERVICES COMPANY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated October 2, 2000 to design and customize an
energy management savings program and provide energy management
services, with fee to be 50 percent of the total energy savings, by
and between MidAmerican Services Company of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 2000 .
