RESOLUTION NO. 2000-558
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE
APPLICATION OF YOUNG DEVELOPMENT COMPANY TO
REDUCE THE 25 FOOT PLATTED BUILDING LINE TO
12' FEET FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG
PINEHURST LANE AT WEST 4TH STREET, AS NOVEMBER
6, 2000, AT 5: 30 P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 6th day of November, 2000, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to reduce the 25 foot
platted building line to 12 feet for property generally located
along Pinehurst Lane at West 4th Street to construct a multiple
dwelling condominium, and legally described as follows :
The northeasterly twelve and one half (12k) feet of the
southwesterly Twenty-five (25) foot platted building
line of Lot 12, Pinehurst Addition, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October, 2000.
