RESOLUTION NO. 2000-560
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH FIVE STAR
SNOW TRAILS ASSOCIATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated October 9, 2000 to allow snowmobilers to
enter city limits at various locations, by and between Five Star
Snow Trails Association of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October, 2000.
