RESOLUTION NO. 2000-565
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER AND PAVING SERVING
KLINGAMAN PARK SECOND ADDITION, AS SUBMITTED
BY WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING,
INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND SEWAGE TREATMENT
AGREEMENT WITH DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Construction Plans serving the sanitary
sewer, storm sewer and paving serving the Klingaman Park Second
Addition, as submitted by Wayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying,
Inc. , and Sewage Treatment Agreement dated October 9, 2000, by and
between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby approved and Mayor
authorized to execute same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October, 2000.
