RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND DEDICATING
FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES 1, 174 SQUARE
FEET OF PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON
THE CORNER OF FLAMMANG DRIVE AND SARAH
DRIVE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following described property:
Part of the Southwest 1/ if the Southwest 1/ of
Section 2 , Township 88 North, Range 13 West of the
Fifth Principal Meridian in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, commencing at the point
of beginning, being a chiseled "X" at the
intersection of the South right-of-way of Flammang
Drive and the West right-of-way of Sarah Drive :
Thence along the West right-of-way of Sarah Drive,
South 00°05' 00" West 43 . 67 feet to a point on said
right-of-way; thence North 30°47' 03" West 7 . 57
feet; thence North 69°00' 00" West 32 . 55 feet;
thence North 00°02 ' 41" West, 20 . 00 feet, thence
North 90°00' 00" West 11 . 60 feet; thence North
00°00' 58" East 5 . 50 feet to a point on the South
right-of-way of Flammang Drive; thence along said
