RESOLUTION NO. 2000-574
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS AND FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR
DOWNTOWN SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT FOR THE 2000-01
WINTER SEASON.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Street
Superintendent, to prepare, specifications and form of contract
etc. , for the Downtown Snow Removal Contract for the 2000-01 Winter
Season, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent has filed specifications
and form of contract etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications and form of contract etc. ,
be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October, 2000.
